Lemon Cheese Bars
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 2 eggs
- ½ c. oil
- 1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Glaze
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 2 T. water
- ¼ tsp. lemon juice
Mix cake mix, 1 egg and oil until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup mixture for topping. Pat remaining mixture in 9×13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350°. Beat together cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and remaining egg until light and smooth. Spread over partially baked crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake 15 minutes longer. Drizzle with glaze when cool.
