MONSTER COOKIES
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. regular sugar
- 1 c. margarine or oleo
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1½ c. M&M’s
- ½ c. chocolate chips
- 1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 Tbsp. Karo syrup
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 4½ c. quick oats
- 1 to 1½ c. flour
Cream together eggs, sugars, and margarine, add rest of ingredients, mix well. Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes. Yields 4 dozen. A double batch makes a fix and mix full.
